This Honda ATC 200x build was started in Phoenix, AZ by purchasing the beat up clapped out machine. To get the frame ready for powdercoat we disassemble it and thoroughly clean it. Specialty Coatings Inc. here in Phoenix – https://scoatingsinc.com did the powdercoating.
Now the engine (motor) was torn down and chemically stripped of all the Honda factory black paint. The chemically stripping was done by Xpress Metal Cleaning here in Phoenix, AZ. Then the engine (motor) was sent to Kenny at Vapor Blasting By Design also here in Phoenix, AZ. That freshly vapor blasted engine (motor) looks beautiful mocked up in that frame!
Next, after the tear down, we rebuilt the front forks using OEM parts purchased from RockyMountainAtvMc – https://www.rockymountainatvmc.com/oem-parts/Honda. This place has the cheapest OEM parts we have found and they offer free shipping!
