Part 1 – Tear Down (Disassembly)

In this video we will begin tearing down the 4 wheeler to get the frame, subframe (sub frame), swingarm, and a-arms ready for powder coating (powdercoating). We will be removing the plastics, front fenders rear fenders, and side panels. Then the motor mounts, handlebars, controls, heel guards, foot pegs, stop/run switch, thumb throttle, headlights, fuel tank (gas tank), air box, battery, wheels, rear brake caliper, brake master cylinder, pedal, and reservoir, brake lines, and all clamps, brackets, and rubber grommets. We removed all of the nuts, bolts, thrust washers, collars, and bushings. Also the adjusters, springs, seals, crush washers, circlips, snap rings, clamps, brackets, and rubber grommets.
