Part 4 – Tear Down (Disassembly) Final!

In this video we will finish tearing down the the 4 wheeler to get the frame, subframe (sub frame), swingarm, and a-arms. We are ready for powder coating (powdercoating) and the engine (motor) ready for vapor blasting & rebuild. We will be removing the taillight (tail light), overflow containers, and overflow tubes. Then the wiring harness (wire harness), electrical system, regulator rectifier, CDI, ignition, fuses, fender stays, front bumper, front brake calipers, hubs, knuckles, spindles, tie rod ends, ball joints, a-arms (control arms), grab bar, rear hubs, axle, bearing carrier, brake stay, brake rotor, rear shock, shock linkage, and swingarm (swing arm, swinger). We unhooked and removed all of the nuts, bolts, thrust washers, collars, and bushings. Then all the adjusters, springs, seals, crush washers, circlips, snap rings, clamps, brackets, and rubber grommets. This is an atv build quad 4-wheeler rebuild.
